Join us in building a better future, one water drop at a time. We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role that bridges our marketing strategies with our online sales performance. You will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, prequalifying leads ,and leveraging data to drive traffic, conversion, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate and enhance our marketing campaigns and lead management processes. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who is equally comfortable writing a compelling email, analyzing a Google Analytics report, and optimizing a product page. Location: This is a remote-based position that requires occasional travel (<10%). Preference is for this employee to reside within a commutable distance of our Corporate Office in Austin, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing or related field of study preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a combined digital marketing and e-commerce role.
  • Proven experience in GEO/SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform (preferred).
  • Demonstrable experience running and optimizing paid social media ads (LinkedIn is a must).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize GEO/SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across channels: Paid Social (LinkedIn), Google Ads (SEM), and Email/SMS Marketing.
  • Create, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Write engaging copy and collaborate with graphic designer to create high-converting ad creatives.
  • Prequalify and nurture leads generated through digital channels to support the sales team.
  • Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring functionality and user experience.
  • Execute A/B tests on product pages, collections, and the checkout process to maximize conversion rates.
  • Build and segment email/SMS lists; develop and automate lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase nurture).
  • Manage promotions, discount codes, and sales events.
  • Ensure site health, performance, and security best practices are followed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce and marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, etc.).
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and e-commerce platform analytics to derive insights.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate marketing workflows, track campaigns, and analyze performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and e-commerce best practices.
  • Other marketing duties as needed.
