About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our online marketing and sales initiatives. This role will help drive traffic, enhance the customer experience, and support revenue growth through digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, is highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles (internship experience welcome).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Canva, HubSpot, or email tools a plus.
  • Creative thinker with an eagerness to learn and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day e-commerce operations, including website updates, product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, display, retargeting) to ensure accuracy and maximize performance.
  • Help coordinate SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to improve search rankings and organic reach.
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, including list management, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and campaign results using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.
  • Support the creation and testing of landing pages and other assets to improve conversion rates.
  • Research competitors, market trends, and new tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with monthly performance reports and marketing dashboards.
