About The Position

The WPC PMO team is looking for an experienced project manager to drive Wallet and Payment projects. We deliver integrated system solutions for Apple’s Payment Platform and work closely with a number of client and server engineering teams and, third-party integration partners. We live in a fast-paced matrix organization where you will need to scope and prepare projects from the beginning across multiple teams, handle documentation, effectively communicate project status, manage project risk, and drive continuous improvement. As part of the Platform Program team, you will be working closely with Wallet & Payments Services Engineering, Product, and multiple cross-functional teams within Apple, and external partners. You will have the opportunity to lead and facilitate cross-functional engineering discussions. Coordinate aspects of project information including timelines, resource allocation, scope definition, and execution through launch. Assist management in assessing and prioritizing projects while actively seeking problem resolutions. Analyze data and report at all levels.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading major cross-functional projects
• Working and managing dependencies across internal and external partners
• Own the end-to-end project delivery
• Strong background in system implementation project management using software development techniques
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle planning
• Results oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment at detailed levels whilst taking account of interdependencies at higher levels
• Familiarity of Software Development Lifecycle planning
• Minimum 6 years of Technical Project and Program Management
