Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Candidate must possess strong communication skills that allow them to connect and engage with our members.
- Candidate must maintain/provide a safe environment by regularly checking all equipment and following all procedures.
- Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in wall climbing and instruction is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring participants are properly secured into safety equipment and providing instructions for safe participation.
- Lead energizing, fun, safe, and educational experiences, as well as assist participants with overcoming obstacles.
- Have a warm, engaging, and friendly demeanor that can connect quickly with program participants.
