Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Must possess strong human relations skills and the ability to communicate with participants and staff.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lead a group while maintaining structure and control.
- Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
Responsibilities
- Promote diversity by including all students and emphasize focus on each person’s unique capabilities.
- Assist in maintaining the quality of supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Responsible for monitoring and keeping track of program participants and enforcing all program rules and policies.
