About The Position

Ascension at Home, together with Compassus is hosting a Walk-In-Wednesday event for our Pendleton, IN Home Health program. Stop in any Wednesday throughout September between the hours of 9am-2pm. No appointment-No Pressure! We're located at 600 Corporation Drive Suite 104 Pendleton, IN 46064. You'll be personally greeted by one of our Directors of Clinical Services, who'd love to hear about your career goals & share with you what it's like to work in a home health setting. Enjoy refreshments on us, grab some team swag, and leave with a clear understanding.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required. Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health setting required, highly preferred acute care or rehabilitation experience.
  • Registered Nurse: Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing required. Two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical skilled care setting or home health preferred.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse: Certificate of an accredited program of Practical or Vocational Nursing as approved by the state required. Two (2) years of experience as an LPN in a clinical skilled care setting.
  • Speech Language Pathologist: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting required.

Nice To Haves

  • Physical Therapist: Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
  • Physical Therapist Assistant: highly preferred acute care or rehabilitation experience.
  • Registered Nurse: Two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical skilled care setting or home health preferred.
  • Speech Language Pathologist: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
