This position is professional social services work of a supervisory nature related to home and community-based waiver services for adults with intellectual disabilities or autism. As a Waiver Services Manager, you will supervise and support four DD Resource Coordinators and one Office Assistant, oversee eligibility determinations and service authorizations, respond to inquiries from the general public, applicants, and waiver members, collaborate with waiver providers and case management agencies, and participate as a witness in administrative hearings.
