About The Position
This position involves supervising staff, planning activities, providing direct care and active treatment for individuals, managing household budgets and inventory, implementing individual support plans, serving as a role model, and maintaining on-call responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year experience working in the field of DD
- Must have a valid license and be approved as a company driver
- Eligibility to be a state approved med passer
- Experience with budgeting and banking required

Responsibilities
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Planning activities and community outings
- Direct care and active treatment for individuals
- Budgeting, shopping, and maintaining the household inventory
- Implementing individual ISPs
- Serving as a role model to integrate supported routines into daily routines
- Maintaining on-call responsibilities
- Other duties as designated
