About The Position

As a Waitstaff / Server at Fellowship Square, you will provide residents, guests, and team members with attentive dining service and help create meals that foster connection, comfort, dignity, and belonging. The dining team aims to ensure residents feel valued, respected, and cared for, while supporting their independence and quality of life. The role serves seniors who see meals as an important opportunity for conversation and community, and calls for a friendly, compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable team member who enjoys connecting with others.

This position is based at Fellowship Square, 2002 W Sunnyside, Phoenix, Arizona 85029. The listed pay rate is $15.50 per hour. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Food Handler’s Card required, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Patience and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.

• Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members.
• Set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment.
• Take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly and carefully.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Clear and clean tables to maintain a comfortable dining experience.
