About The Position

This is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others! We are looking for a Part-Time Waitstaff to serve and distribute meals in a timely, professional manner. You will also set up dining areas, assist with routine cleaning tasks, maintain cleanliness in service areas, dining rooms, event spaces and storage areas. You will return soiled service items and linens to the appropriate areas and ensure utensils and supplies are ready for the next service. You will also support special functions as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age or older
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide for prompt service
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.
• Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
• Candidates must also complete a QuantiFERON Gold TB Blood Test as part of their pre-hire drug screen and physical.
• Illinois Health Care Worker Background Check Act Screening
• National, State, County Criminal Background Checks
• Federal and state exclusion screening (OIG/Medicare/Medicaid)
• Pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
• Verification of work authorization
• Applicable registry verification (CNA. Nurse)
• Motor vehicle record view for positions requiring driving

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a food service setting
