About The Position

Hwy 55 is seeking energetic, positive team members who enjoy hospitality and helping people. No previous kitchen or restaurant experience is required; successful candidates should be coachable, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative. Flexible scheduling is available, including accommodation for school activities and schedules.

Servers begin as Trainees and receive paid, comprehensive training, with opportunities to retrain in various roles. After training, Servers receive guaranteed pay increases as they advance through levels. Leadership roles begin at Level III, and leadership positions are filled through internal promotion. Hwy 55 also offers employees the opportunity to own a franchise business.

Starting pay depends on experience. Employees receive free or discounted meals during shifts depending on shift length. The role involves serving guests, preparing and serving high-quality food, working in a fast-paced environment, and following quality assurance and food-safety procedures.

Requirements

• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stay on your feet for several hours.
