About The Position

The Kuchu’s Waitstaff Associate is responsible for delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This role supports all aspects of the dining experience, from table preparation and order service to guest engagement, ensuring service standards are consistently met. Success in this role is demonstrated by providing prompt, friendly service, anticipating guest needs, and contributing to a positive dining experience that encourages guest return visits.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Non-Support License (background check/fingerprinting required).
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must demonstrate strong customer service skills, professionalism, and reliability in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service practices and dining room operations.
• Skill in providing attentive customer service and maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Skill in communication, including the ability to clearly explain menu items and respond to guest inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments is a plus.
