The purpose of this position is to perform work involved in preparing dining room or party room, serving food, wines, and other alcoholic beverages, and subsequent cleaning functions. The Waiter is assigned to a workstation by the supervisor and given specific and detailed instructions. They are responsible for complying with standard methods and procedures such as conduct, etiquette, dress code, and table setting techniques.
