About The Position

Unidine is hiring immediately for part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at Montereau in Tulsa, OK. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, delivering items to guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have prior fine dining experience and open availability, with evening shifts ending at 8:30 pm. This is a part-time position with opportunities for full-time advancement.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally, adhering to safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Follow up with guests to assist with any additional needs or requests.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and potential combinations.
• Advise guests on menu choices and accommodate reasonable requests and preferences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed.
• Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
• Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
• Promptly address guest complaints or issues and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
• Ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service periods, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with staff from other departments for special events and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
