This role involves taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering items to dining room guests. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently.
Deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
Follow up with guests to assist with any additional needs or requests.
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests and accommodating reasonable requests.
Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests.
Handle cash and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
Address complaints or issues promptly and relay information to supervisors.
Ensure the dining room is properly set up and clean, meeting sanitation standards.
Operate various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Work with staff from other departments for special events and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
