About The Position

Kendal at Lexington is seeking Full-Time Wait Staff to join their culinary services team. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, dependable, and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for others. The position is part-time with a pay range of $18.00 - $20.35 per hour, based on experience. Requirements

Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others

Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule

Nice To Haves

Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests with a positive attitude and welcoming presence
Serve meals efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized dining room before, during, and after service
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery
Prepare and stock the salad bar to meet food safety and freshness standards
Answer questions about daily menus and provide support during special meals or events
