About The Position
Spring Mill Pointe is now hiring part-time Waitstaff/Servers to join our dedicated dining team! As a member of our waitstaff, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents and their guests. Your responsibilities will include setting up, cleaning, and resetting the dining room, taking menu orders, and serving meals in a timely and courteous manner. Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role. Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy making someone’s day better? Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Previous food service, fast food, or restaurant experience
- Food Handler’s Permit or SERV Safe Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with seniors
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve residents and guests in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meals
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and resident satisfaction
