About The Position

The Wait Staff position is responsible for supporting the development of a positive customer service culture in the dining room, taking beverage and food orders, delivering food, clearing and cleaning tables, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. This role also involves fostering teamwork, taking initiative, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development of a positive customer service culture in the dining room.
• Takes beverage and food orders, delivers food, clears, cleans, sanitizes, and resets tables.
• Maintains customer satisfaction and resolves dining challenges.
• Maintains a clean dining room, including all equipment, walls, table tops and bases, and chairs.
• Ensures safe working practices and compliance with Safety Committee Standards.
• Fosters teamwork with co-workers and assists others beyond job responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
