Requirements

Must be able to work weekends & holidays.
Ability to lift, move, push, pull, carry, & transfer 50lbs.
Ability to be courteous and patient with all residents, guests, and employees who eat in the dining room.
Ability to carry food and beverages to tables.

Responsibilities

Must be able to work weekends & holidays.
Frequent lifting & moving. Must have the ability to lift, move, push, pull, carry, & transfer 50lbs with the physical capability to perform all job-related duties.
Act as the designee for the wait staff supervisor services during the off hours when he/she is not present.
Supervise employees during all phases of dining.
Conduct routine dining room inspections for safety and sanitation.
Provide leadership in the event of any safety or unusual incident occurring in the facility appropriately.
Interact with residents in the dining room.
Follow cleaning schedule as posted.
Stay overtime in case of emergency.
Attend In-Service education meetings.
Assumes wait staff duties as needed.
Ability to be courteous and patient with all residents, guests, and employees who eat in the dining room.
Ability to carry food and beverages to tables.
