About The Position

Mount Pleasant Home is a rest home (residential care home) providing care to residents ages 62+. We are a cozy, family-oriented community servicing around 60 residents. The Waitstaff/Server’s day-to-day work includes routinely setting up, clearing and cleaning and resetting dining room. You would be taking menu orders and serving residents and guests meals in a timely and gracious manner. You will be providing quality customer service to residents and guests.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience
• Prior food service, fast food or restaurant experience
• Availability that might include evenings, weekends, & holidays

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with seniors
• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification
• Teens are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Routinely setting up, clearing and cleaning and resetting dining room
• Taking menu orders
• Serving residents and guests meals in a timely and gracious manner
• Providing quality customer service to residents and guests
