About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a senior engineering leader to join their team. The position requires engineering technology leadership, the ability to lead engineering teams, drive delivery and code, possess strong technical credibility with development teams, have a hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices, and excellent executive and stakeholder communication skills. Key focus areas include AI/GenAI enablement and adoption, SRE transformation and operational excellence, engineering productivity and SDLC modernization, and architecture reviews and technical governance. AI enablement and SRE transformation experience are highly desirable, with cloud expertise being a secondary requirement.
