About The Position

This position is the process where the plastic sheets are laminated with Foil prior to the sheets getting laminated with the backs.

Requirements

• Basic machine comprehension will be necessary
• Being able to read and write.
• Being able to follow instructions.
• Mechanical skills preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 yrs Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery.
• Decision making ability
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Follow up skills

Responsibilities

• Feed a thin plastic sheet individually and efficiently to the machine
• Guarantee that the material coming out of the machine is clean and according to quality standards.
• Check the material for problems or abnormalities and report them to their lead supervisor
• Work as a part of a team.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine.
• Knowledge of machine operational procedures.
• Fill out paperwork and reports.
• Differentiate different types of materials used.
• Look efficiently for blemishes or abnormalities on the material.
• Inspect and adjust machine as necessary.
