VPK- PreK Teacher
About The Position
Spring Education Group is a multi-brand education network of superior private school institutions spanning infant care through high school, currently composed of approximately 220 schools. Chesterbrook Academy, a part of this network, is seeking an enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join its growing preschool community. The primary goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child. This role involves creating an engaging classroom environment, designing hands-on lessons to prepare students for kindergarten and beyond, fostering strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration, and supporting each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- VPK certification (or willing to obtain)
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
