VPK Lead Teacher
About The Position
O2B Kids is a growing education company with locations throughout Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Minnesota, and Alabama, and is expanding to new states and centers. They are currently seeking a VPK Lead Teacher for their Durbin Creek location. The ideal candidate will thrive in a positive environment, enjoy coaching others, and be interested in opportunities for growth. Due to the number of centers in the region, O2B Kids aims to match candidates with the best-suited position based on their location, desired role, schedule, and age group preferences. They offer various positions including VPK Lead Teacher, Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Lead Preschool Teacher, School-Age Counselor, Receptionist, and Cafe/Nutrition Specialist. Upon application, an interview will be scheduled to determine the best fit.
Requirements
- CDA or Florida Staff Credential
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
Nice To Haves
- Training and experience is preferred
- Willing to train
Responsibilities
- Work Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm for full time employment
- Execute lesson plans and curriculum
- Maintain licensing requirements
- Complete required assessments and observations
- Talk to parents and help meet their needs
- Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
- Have fun!
