Teads is seeking a strategic and results-driven VP of Agency Partnerships to lead and scale our agency partnerships across the United States. This executive will be responsible for driving national revenue strategy, deepening senior agency relationships, and accelerating growth across video, CTV, programmatic, and data-driven solutions. As a key member of the US Commercial team, the VP will shape commercial strategy, build long-term partnerships with top holding companies, and position Teads as a market leader across the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of digital media, Ad Tech or Agency leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, particularly Video, CTV programmatic advertising, and performance media
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing strategic, long-term partnerships including large commercial agreements
  • Experience within an ad tech platform, DSP, SSP, or high-growth technology environment preferred
  • Exceptional skills in internal and external stakeholder management, collaborating with product, sales, and regional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Strong executive presence and strategic influencing capabilities: Ability to engage and influence C-Suite leaders and evangelise company updates

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a US strategy to re-engage our agencies and drive incremental revenue across major holding company portfolios.
  • Establish and strengthen C-suite and senior investment relationships across HoldCo and Agency teams, programmatic leadership, data teams, and wider agency business units
  • Establish preferred partner status and deal structures, and spearhead holding company partnership RFPs
  • Personally lead and close complex, high-value deals
  • Serve as a senior market-facing ambassador for Teads, representing the company at industry events and within the broader digital ecosystem
  • Partner with Product to shape agency-driven roadmap priorities - Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external agency partners to understand the scope and revenue potential of new products and integrations
  • Align with Enterprise Sales to ensure streamlined execution and retention
  • Establish revenue targets, pipeline efficiency, and quarterly business review frameworks.
  • Work closely with Marketing teams on co-branded research opportunities, thought leadership, and industry events.
