The Role We are hiring a Head of Agency Partnerships to lead and scale one of the most important revenue channels in the business. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will own the agency revenue number and represent the channel in executive revenue planning. The role reports directly to the C-suite and carries full accountability for agency channel performance. You will deepen relationships within our established agency network while expanding our footprint across key ecosystems, particularly Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will lead a small partnerships team while remaining actively engaged in strategic agency relationships and market-facing initiatives. This is not a support function. Agency is a distinct GTM pillar at ShipperHQ, and this role is responsible for its continued growth and evolution.
