About The Position

Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Strategy, Business Development and Capability Building, the Vice President of Transformation will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to translate RealTruck’s strategy into clear priorities, aligned plans, and measurable results. The role will lead the change management PMO team, including two direct reports, and coordinate dotted-line resources across the business. It will also support regular interactions with the Board of Directors as the company reports progress, risks, key decisions, and value delivery. This is not a reporting-only PMO role. The Vice President will work directly with initiative leaders, connect dependencies across a complex operating and systems environment, remove roadblocks, and take hands-on operational responsibility for select initiatives. RealTruck is operating in a rapidly changing landscape. Macroeconomic pressure, rising competitive intensity, and fundamental shifts across the automotive aftermarket are changing how the company must compete. At the same time, recent M&A activity has fundamentally reshaped the business, increasing its scale, complexity, and need for greater integration across brands, operations, and systems. Together, these changes require greater speed, focus, and execution discipline. In response, RealTruck is entering an exciting next chapter as we shape and deliver the RealTruck 3.0 strategy—building on our strengths, moving with greater pace, and turning strategic ambition into lasting financial and operational performance.
