The Charlotte Knights are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Ticket Sales to lead one of the premier ticket sales organizations in Minor League Baseball. This is a unique opportunity for a proven sales leader who is passionate about developing people, building winning cultures, and driving sustained revenue growth. The successful candidate will not only lead the continued growth of the Charlotte Knights but will also have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of DBH's ticketing strategy, helping shape best practices and drive success across the broader portfolio of clubs. Reporting directly to the (General Manager?), the Vice President of Ticket Sales will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for all ticket revenue initiatives while investing heavily in the development of the sales team. Success in this role will be measured not only by revenue results, but by the growth of the people, processes, and culture that produce those results.
