Christy Sports is looking for an experienced partner with our executive team to support our business strategy and a proven leader to run our technology organization. This role will own and drive the technology strategy & roadmap development, planning & execution, structure & capability building, change management, and communications both internally and externally. This role will include leading a comprehensive digital transformation which includes improving our ecommerce architecture and stabilizing and modernizing our ERP. We are seeking a leader with a proven track record in similar consumer facing retail & services businesses who know what great looks like, and someone that understands the commercial realities that face any omni channel business. We are seeking a positive, systematic, and agile technology leader who believes in our Company’s mission, vision and values and looking to help lead a company�s technology and team into its next chapter. A passion for the ski and service industry is welcomed but not required.
