At Vantage, the Vice President of Tax, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, is responsible for leading the organization's tax strategy and compliance efforts. This role entails managing the preparation and review of complex federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards. The VP of Tax will oversee tax planning, research significant legislative developments, and guide the organization through audits and international tax issues. With a strong emphasis on leadership and collaboration, this position plays a crucial role in optimizing tax efficiencies and supporting the company's financial objectives. The base salary expectation for this role is between $190,000 and $210,000. Actual base salary for the selected candidate may be higher commensurate with candidate experience and expectations.
