VP – TargetProcess Application Engineer

Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in application engineering / software development
- Strong experience with Apptio / IBM TargetProcess (highly preferred or similar agile planning tools)
- Strong experience with Application architecture and integration
- Strong experience with Agile / SAFe environments
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to AI/automation initiatives within enterprise platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs
Responsibilities
- Hands-on + stakeholder-facing VP-level role
- Emphasis on configuration + integration, not just admin-level experience
