About The Position

Be part of a global team driving HR transformation with a focus on Talent Acquisition in the Americas. This role is accountable for Regional RPO governance and accountability, corporate functions recruitment delivery oversight, local Early Careers leadership support, and operational excellence across the Americas including USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Peru. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Global Talent Acquisition Team Member Bring experience, innovative ideas, and best practices to drive strategic talent acquisition Collaborate with TA leaders globally Lead/project manage initiatives that drive toward global vision, as needed Ensure adherence to global recruitment processes and regional regulatory requirements. Regional RPO Governance and Delivery Excellence Primary contact and vendor manager of RPO for the Americas Drive collaboration and partnership with RPO across business and with key HR stakeholders Responsible for governance, performance management, and adoption across region. Responsible for invoice approval/management, forecasting, and spend controls Identify trends and risks across enterprise and resolve in partnership with appropriate stakeholders. Ensure operational excellence in policies and procedures, vendor management, reporting, compliance, controls, etc. across enterprise Corporate Functions Recruitment Delivery Oversight (excludes Executive Recruitment) Lead Corporate Functions (i.e., Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, etc.) recruitment in collaboration with RPO Account Manager. Ensure RPO delivery aligns with agreed service levels, quality standards, stakeholder expectations, and regional hiring priorities Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and the RPO to validate hiring demand, prioritize recruitment activity, and support workforce planning. Provide regional insights and business context to the RPO to support effective recruitment delivery. Drive hiring manager accountability for interview discipline, feedback timelines, process compliance, and candidate experience. Act as escalation point Early Careers Leadership Support Provide leadership support for Early Careers recruitment, under the direction of the global Early Careers team. Support may include stakeholder engagement, issue escalation, and delivery. Ensure Early Careers activities align with global program direction, local business needs, and regional governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an RPO TA experience in a large, complex environment within financial services or corporate and investment banking commercial banking industry is strongly preferred
  • Significant talent acquisition experience in full life-cycle recruiting, managing third parties and internal teams
  • Highly regarded for exceptional customer relationship management (i.e., business leaders, HR, hiring managers, candidates, colleagues, etc.
  • Solid understanding of competitive landscape for talent
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Workday) and various recruiting channels and digital tools/methods
  • Using data and reporting to drive results and accountability
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands successfully to meet client needs
  • Solid understanding of industry trends and best practices and knowledge of varied and current sourcing methodologies and tools
  • Ability to devise and execute effective recruitment strategies, leveraging the employer brand and employee value proposition to consistently differentiate and articulate career opportunities to candidates
