About The Position

Capgemini Invent is seeking a leader with a strong consulting track record in selling and delivering supply chain and operations transformations for industry leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience using technology to find innovative solutions to issues in sectors such as Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing (including Automotive), Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defence, and Energy Utilities. They will understand key supply chain challenges like globalization, product/process/asset digitization, and supply chain/operations optimization, with deep experience in the transformation program lifecycle from strategy to implementation. The role requires active and informed knowledge of focus sectors, an opinion on key trends, and experience in a major consultancy or strategy organization. This position is part of the Supply Chain Transformation capability team within the Intelligent Industry capability unit, focusing on digitizing engineering, manufacturing, and supply chains to enhance productivity, quality, time-to-market, cost, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Strong consulting track record in selling and delivering supply chain and operations transformations.
• Experience in using technology to find innovative solutions to issues in Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing (including Automotive), Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defence, and Energy Utilities industry sectors.
• Understanding of key supply chain challenges including globalization, product, process and asset digitisation and supply chain and operations optimisation.
• Deep experience of the transformation programme lifecycle from strategy through to implementation.
• Active and well-informed knowledge of the focus sector/s.
• Experience in a major consultancy or strategy organization.
• Ability to engage at VP Level with clients and potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Business development through leveraging organizational relationships, company connections, and personal network to generate revenue.
• Engaging with senior members of Tier 1 Client organizations to develop relationships.
• Developing relevant and timely propositions in supply chain strategy, manufacturing digitalization, consulting, and technology.
• Acting as an authority and thought leader in supply chain and operations transformation within target industries.
• Contributing to the strategic plan for the effective development of Capgemini’s Intelligent Industry - Supply Chain Transformation capability team.
• Engaging at VP Level with clients and potential clients.
• Ensuring effective delivery and timely completion of projects in alignment with commercial goals.
• Working collaboratively with consultants in Supply Chain teams to ensure project success.
• Contributing to the leadership and growth of the Supply Chain Transformation team and the Intelligent Industry practice.
• Leading team members in delivery to ensure their effective development.
