At Capgemini Invent, the Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team helps organizations unlock the full value of their data and AI investments to drive meaningful, scalable change. As part of Capgemini's Strategy & Transformation Consulting practice, DDT partners with clients to shape data-centric strategies, modern operating models, and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Our unified team model brings together expertise across Data & AI Advisory, Data Platforms & Architecture, and Applied Data Fusion, enabling seamless collaboration from strategy through execution.
Requirements
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation.
- Ability to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
- Experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
- Collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
- 5–8 years in management consulting, transformation delivery, or enterprise change programs.
- Proven ability to lead complex workstreams.
- Experience supporting AI and agentic AI initiatives, including governance, adoption, and business readiness.
- Understanding of autonomous systems and multi-agent workflows.
- Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop target operating model components and governance forums.
- Build business cases, benefits dashboards, and financial trackers.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions.
- Prepare executive-ready steering committee materials.
- Coordinate across technical delivery teams to resolve dependencies.
- Coach junior team members.
- Contribute to proposals and reusable assets.
