About The Position

The Vice President of Strategic Accounts is responsible for managing the strategic accounts team, coaching high-performing salespeople, and driving both new business and account management motions. The role drives the execution for enterprise client acquisition and success, leading a team of highly engaged enterprise salespeople to exceed goals and uncover new revenue opportunities for TheGuarantors. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of B2B sales, front office banking, or consulting experience with at least 4+ years of experience leading a team through complex, bespoke customer engagements. This role will be expected to drive team-level KPIs and high utilization of TheGuarantors products across the strategic accounts book.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience managing a revenue-generating team; 10+ years of experience selling in complex environments like management consulting, investment banking, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience with CRMs, PowerBI, Google Suite, Excel, and video conferencing tools.
  • Strong understanding of complex, consultative, data-heavy enterprise sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage revenue targets and team performance, partner with executive-level clients, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience using Hubspot, Costar, ALN, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Prior experience in the multifamily industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Strategic Accounts team, setting high-performance standards and managing OKRs.
  • Execute day-to-day responsibilities related to managing salespeople with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Analyze, review, or maintain division P&L, quarterly revenue targets, forecasts, HubSpot CRM hygiene, and GTM strategy to support business needs.
  • Partner with GTM, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to support product feedback, strategy, and team productivity and ensure alignment.
  • Communicate updates, risks, blockers, and recommendations clearly and proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client usage rate, accounts specific training strategy, product positioning, CRM diligence, process adherence, and revenue-generating workflows.
  • Use data, judgment, and business context to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Manage assigned work independently and follow through on commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other role-related responsibilities as assigned and aligned with business needs.
