About The Position

We are seeking an experienced VP, Sales – West Coast (SoCal) to lead our western territory sales team. This role will drive new business development with national retail chains and build long-term relationships with key accounts across Southern California. The position involves leading a team of four sales representatives across Texas, Colorado, and Southern California, calling on independent scrub retail shops and national chains that sell scrubs, while proactively pursuing new business with organizations building healthcare uniform programs.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
Must currently reside in Southern California
Experience selling to and managing relationships with national retail chain accounts
Demonstrated track record of proactively generating and closing new business leads
Experience managing a distributed, multi-state sales team
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
Ability to travel an average of 50% of the time

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and channel plans for the western territory to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
Lead, coach, and develop a team of four sales representatives based in Texas, Colorado, and Southern California
Identify and pursue new business opportunities among national retail chains, independent scrub retail shops, and organizations building healthcare uniform programs
Set clear sales targets and performance metrics; monitor pipeline and results to track progress and drive accountability
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth
Assume ownership of several large FSH West Coast accounts over time to ensure continued account coverage
Oversee sales processes, systems, and tools to optimize forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and proactively address challenges and opportunities
