Requirements

  • Builder first and a sales leader second.
  • Helped scale an early-stage B2B SaaS company and know how to create structure without slowing things down.
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling complex software with ACVs in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Excellent sales coach who develops people and raises the performance of the entire team.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable managing forecasting, pipeline, and sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Build a world-class revenue organization that consistently turns pipeline into long-term customers.
  • Play a major role in getting the company to the next stage in its evolution.
  • Own Moonshot's sales strategy end-to-end, from pipeline management to forecasting, execution, and revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives, BDRs, and future sales leaders.
  • Recruit exceptional sales talent and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop scalable sales processes, playbooks, forecasting, and operational rigor that allow the team to grow efficiently.
  • Personally support strategic deals, executive relationships, and enterprise negotiations when needed.
