We're looking for a VP of Sales to lead Caruso's commercial expansion into the US, the world's largest and most competitive private markets economy. This is a rare opportunity to use AI to revolutionise an industry that still runs on spreadsheets and manual processes, selling a modern platform into a market dominated by legacy incumbents. You'll work side by side with the global CEO to design the GTM strategy, hire the first US sales team, and build the commercial engine that will anchor Caruso's next phase of growth. This role is built for an AI-native sales leader who wants meaningful equity in a high-growth company and the runway to grow into a global executive role. You've used LLMs to build real things yourself and want to apply that same mindset to design a sales function that outpaces the legacy competition from day one. You'll own US revenue end-to-end, from strategy through to deal execution, and shape the culture and playbook that the team runs on as it scales.
