The VP Sales and Marketing, US Oncology/Breast Cancer is responsible for leading the US launch and commercialization strategy for a new breast cancer product planned for introduction in 2027. This executive will own the end-to-end commercial strategy, including brand strategy, sales leadership, launch readiness, forecasting, and cross-functional execution, to establish a strong foundation for a successful US oncology launch. The ideal candidate is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with deep US oncology experience, strong breast cancer market understanding, and a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. This role carries full P&L responsibility for the brand and direct leadership of a field organization, with accountability for launch performance, market adoption, and long-term brand growth.
