Our portfolio includes two rapidly growing businesses serving veterinary hospitals and pet parents in complementary ways: Wishbone, which helps pet parents afford better care through pet healthcare savings, wellness, and insurance solutions, and Shepherd Veterinary Software, the fastest-growing veterinary practice management software in the U.S. As both companies scale rapidly, we are looking for a highly strategic and operationally excellent Revenue Operations leader to build the systems, processes, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment that power our next phase of growth. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role responsible for aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, and Data around shared operational frameworks, reporting, forecasting, and execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable operating strategically with executive leadership and rolling up their sleeves to improve CRM architecture, funnel design, reporting accuracy, and GTM workflows. A unique aspect of this role is the complexity of supporting two high-growth businesses with distinct GTM motions, separate CRMs and operational systems, overlapping stakeholders and leadership teams, and interconnected customer journeys and partnership opportunities. This leader will help create operational clarity and scalability across both organizations while ensuring teams are aligned around a consistent set of metrics, definitions, and growth priorities.
