About The Position

Komodo is evolving into an AI-first, platform-led company. To support this shift, we are redefining Revenue Operations into a revenue intelligence and growth system, the operating layer that drives how we forecast, sell, retain, and scale. The VP, Revenue Intelligence & Growth Systems, will build and operate a fully instrumented, AI-powered revenue engine that turns product signals, pipeline data, and market inputs into predictable, scalable growth. This is not a traditional RevOps role. This person will be the operator of Komodo's revenue system.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related leadership roles
  • Track record of materially improving revenue performance (not just managing operations)
  • Experience building or scaling AI-enabled or highly automated GTM systems
  • Deep understanding of forecasting, pipeline dynamics, and ARR → revenue conversion
  • Strong financial and analytical fluency; ability to partner tightly with Finance
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and elevate talent
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence CRO, CFO, and CEO-level decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare data
  • Experience commercializing AI products or operating in a company through an AI/platform transition

Responsibilities

  • The end-to-end revenue system: pipeline → bookings → revenue → retention → expansion
  • Forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability at executive and board levels
  • Revenue efficiency metrics (ARR per rep, CAC payback, pipeline conversion, sales cycle)
  • The GTM operating cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, exec reporting)
  • The AI-native GTM stack (Salesforce, CPQ, forecasting, revenue intelligence, agentic tooling)
  • Translation of product + AI usage signals into pricing, packaging, and capacity decisions
  • Build an AI-native operating model, not incremental process improvements
  • Prioritize business outcomes over reporting outputs
  • Use data to drive decisions, not just describe performance
  • Design systems that scale output without scaling cost
  • Operate as a strategic partner to CRO, CFO, and CEO
