About The Position

The Regional Vice President of Sales is responsible for developing, directing, and leading the strategic Sales initiatives for the site team. In doing so, they will maintain inventory balance and achieve net sales volume, Volume per Guest and Closing Percentage metrics at target levels and higher on a consistent basis. A successful leader in this position will focus on tactical & strategic execution of sales plans by embracing the Hilton Grand Vacations culture and values while producing market leading returns.

Requirements

  • Sales leadership experience
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Ability to maintain inventory balance
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics (net sales volume, Volume per Guest, Closing Percentage)
  • Understanding of tactical and strategic execution
