About The Position

Responsible for Digital Platforms Connectivity, New Product Development and Innovation, R&D, and Platform Architecture, and Voalte Mobile, Excel and ICNet products for the Connected Care division. Define the integration strategy & software development roadmap to ensure robust interoperability. Establish engineering standards & governance. Drive software engineering, platform hosting, innovation, new product development, and platform technology architecture standards for Connected Care and Pan-Baxter segments. Oversee the scalable architecture to meet growing customer integration and demands. Lead cross-functional collaboration with business units, region/country teams, and functions to brainstorm, develop, and launch new services, new products, and hosted solutions to align R&D efforts Manage full software development lifecycle of digital products. Develop new digital products to meet customer needs based on market research and industry trends. Manage all aspects of Digital Platform Connectivity, R&D, Global Innovation, and Architecture team members including performance management, training, work management, projects, and operations. Allocate resources efficiently, hire and develop top-tier software talents and foster a high-performing culture. Fiscal management of all capital and operating projects on the team. Ensure that all digital products created adheres to compliance, safety, quality guidelines, and regulations. Additionally, ensure that all digital solutions comply with global security standards and adhere to local privacy laws in every region where products are deployed. To support these requirements, candidates must possess a degree in computer science, with a master’s degree preferred. This is critical for maintaining trust and meeting regulatory requirements across diverse markets. Work with key technology vendor partners to co-develop solutions and bring them to market. Provide thought leadership and technology guidance to the various R&D teams to help build a sound product roadmap acting as the bridge between technical architecture and business value Chair Architecture Review Board.

Requirements

Degree in computer science, with a master’s degree preferred.
Deep technical expertise in integration and developing scalable architecture.
Stakeholder influence and communication.
Strong ability to work and influence across business units and functions.
Deep understanding of contemporary AI software development tools to speed delivery and reduce costs.
Experience with launching digital products around the globe, hosted in multiple regions and many different languages.
Visionary leadership with strong technical, financial and business acumen.
Team player with a strategic partnership mindset.
Executive level presentation skills.
Requires a Master’s degree in business, marketing, finance or science/technology and master’s degree in finance, marketing, business or science/technology preferred.
Requires twenty (20) or more solid years of business experience and 10 years or more of management experience.
