The Digital Platforms Manager leads the delivery, sustainment, release discipline, and continuous evolution of Concert’s enterprise business platforms, anchored by the Yardi ecosystem and extending across the broader application, web, and digital channel landscape. This role owns the platform backlog and day-to-day sequencing for the Digital Platforms & Delivery portfolio within agreed governance guardrails. The role balances new capability, sustainment, operational risk, platform health, technical debt, and business priority, while ensuring platform work remains aligned to portfolio governance and quarterly commitments. A meaningful part of the role is acting as Release Lead for the Digital Platforms & Delivery portfolio. The role owns release governance, coordinates release windows across Digital Technology portfolios, maintains environment discipline, and authorizes go/no-go decisions for higher-risk platform deployments within agreed escalation thresholds. This role will also provide technology/platform stewardship for Concert’s public website and future external digital channel capabilities, though its primary focus area is the Yardi ecosystem and business platforms. The Digital Platforms Manager leads the platform administration team day to day, manages external contractor and specialist support, and partners closely with BRM, Yardi Principal, Business Analysis, PMO & Governance, Architecture, Security, Service Excellence, Data & Insights, Marketing/Communications, Investor Relations, and business stakeholders so platform work is well-shaped, safely delivered, adopted, and supportable. This role reports to the Director, Digital Platforms, Delivery & Governance.
