About The Position

As the Vice President of the Professional Services PMO (Governance and Delivery) at Blue Yonder, you will play a key role in strengthening how we deliver across our global services organization. This role is focused on establishing the frameworks, standards, and operating discipline that enable our project and program managers to plan effectively, manage risk proactively, and execute with consistency at scale. This role requires experience operating in large, complex enterprise environments, including leading delivery transformation in support of a unified business platform strategy. The ideal candidate brings a track record of enabling end-to-end delivery across platform-based solutions, where standardization, scalability, and cross-functional alignment are critical to success. Experience working at the scale of a global SaaS organization, managing high-volume, multi-region delivery portfolios, is essential. Leveraging your experience in application delivery methodologies, you will help advance our delivery approach toward a more outcome-oriented model, ensuring how we plan and execute work is aligned to customer value and business impact. Leading a global PMO team, you will partner closely with Professional Services leadership to strengthen governance, improve delivery performance, and build the capabilities that enable our teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.
