About The Position

Trimble is seeking a visionary executive leader to transform how global industries adopt technology. This role will lead our Global Professional Services and Customer Onboarding for the AECO segment, turning complex implementations into a strategic engine for customer value. The VP will drive global delivery excellence, optimize multi-million dollar P&L performance, and shape the future of our partner ecosystem to ensure customers achieve rapid, sustainable success. Requirements

10+ years of leadership in Professional Services or Management Consulting within a B2B SaaS environment.
Direct experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Kantata, FinancialForce, or Rocketlane.
Proven experience in a senior global executive role (VP/SVP) managing a multi-million dollar P&L.
Expertise in building, managing, and governing a global partner ecosystem for service delivery.
Deep financial acumen regarding recurring revenue models (ARR/MRR) and project profitability optimization.
Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and standardized delivery methodologies such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile.

Nice To Haves

MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.
Specialized domain expertise within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO) industries.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute a global vision for customer onboarding and professional services that accelerates time-to-value and maximizes customer outcomes.
Mastermind the strategy and governance of a global Partner Implementation Ecosystem, defining the standards for external delivery excellence.
Lead the financial health of the Professional Services organization with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and gross margin targets.
Serve as a high-level executive sponsor for marquee client projects, managing complex relationships and acting as a final point of escalation.
Design and scale a high-performing global team of implementation consultants, solution architects, and project managers.
