About The Position

This is a rare chance to be a product leader who defines how Aevi wins across global markets. As VP Product, you'll own product delivery and roadmap execution end-to-end — working closely with engineering, professional services, and sales to make sure we're building the right things, at the right time, for the right customers. You'll be both strategic and hands-on: setting direction one day, digging into customer requirements the next. You'll have a direct line to the SVP Product & Solutions and real influence over where the company goes.

Requirements

• Significant product leadership experience in payments, fintech, or a related B2B technology environment
• Familiarity with payments landscapes across multiple geographies — processors, acquirers, PSPs, or merchants
• A track record of owning and delivering complex product roadmaps across multiple stakeholder groups
• Comfortable in presales conversations — you can talk credibly about product capabilities without over-promising
• Strong communicator who can translate technical detail into business value, and business needs into engineering requirements
• Someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine care for the people they work with

Responsibilities

• Own the global product roadmap
• Define, maintain, and communicate 3–6 month and 6–12 month roadmaps. Translate market needs from multiple regions into a clear, prioritised plan that engineering and commercial teams can rally behind.
• Drive product enhancements that meet the requirements of diverse markets — regulatory, commercial, and technical. You'll be accountable for shipping payment applications that customers around the world love.
• Identify and prioritise the processor integrations that unlock growth across regions, and work cross-functionally to get them delivered.
• Get involved early in the sales cycle — supporting prospect conversations, shaping scoping discussions, and ensuring customer commitments are grounded in what we can actually build.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and professional services to sequence work effectively, resolve trade-offs, and keep delivery on track.
