Responsible for assisting the HOA group in achievement of goals and overall business success. Provide leadership, direction and motivation to ensure stakeholder teams can deliver best client experiences to the business. Serve as an expert on HOA customer journey, personas, client engagement, and industry trends, specifically for digital experience.. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
