This role is accountable for building, operating, and continuously improving a world‑class execution engine that translates strategy into predictable, high‑quality outcomes. The VP, PMO owns enterprise delivery performance end‑to-end: intake, prioritization, resourcing, governance, execution, value realization, and continuous improvement. Operating as both strategist and operator, this leader ensures the organization can reliably deliver its most critical initiatives while continually raising the bar on speed, quality, transparency, and accountability. This role establishes the PMO as a strategic asset and change agent, not a project administration function. The VP, PMO is responsible for defining and communicating the PMO's value proposition to senior leadership and the broader organization.
