This person will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with senior executives at high-priority accounts, leveraging industry insights to inform strategic initiatives and developing compelling proposals to showcase the value of Talkspace's solutions. They oversee the sales cycle for new payer accounts, assist with business development initiatives, and drive referrals. This includes fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful service implementation and delivery, tailoring offerings to meet client needs, and aligning payer contracting strategies with organizational priorities. Additionally, they lead contract negotiations with national payers, resolve escalated complaints, and monitor relevant legislation to support the organization's financial sustainability and growth objectives.
